A monthly subscription allows for remote assistance at any time during a given month. Remote assistance is provided via Team Viewer and eliminates the customer having to leave their laptop or pc at external premises to have any issues attended to. Problems can be resolved remotely, whilst the customer still has complete control of the device. Where a problem exists that is beyond the remote access capability, (ex. where no internet connection can be established); we will arrange to uplift the device at a convenient time and have it returned at earliest to avoid uneccessary inconveniences.
